Get a voucher can:
people of the staff state administration - the chief of 45 years with more than 15 years of experience;
war veterans and combatants;
IDPs, people with disabilities and those who have suffered from war.
To get a voucher, you need to choose a specialty, apply online or at an employment center, enter into an agreement with an educational institution for 90 days.
The amount of voucher - up to 30 280 UAH.
