📄 Tender ID: 537278995 📅 Published: 08 Sep 2026

📋 Tender Overview

From tomorrow, September 8, 2026, to and including Monday, September 14, 2026, the maximum permitted retail prices of gasoline, diesel, and heating oil will amount to EUR 1.674 per liter of gasoline, EUR 1.939 per liter of diesel fuel, and EUR 1.544 per liter of heating oil.For a liter of NMB 95, with the excise duty, which is set at 0.41759 euros per liter, at gas stations outside highways and expressways, it will be necessary to pay 1.674 euros per liter (the price before the change was 1.623 euros per liter), for 50 liters this amounts to 83.70 euros. If the prices of NMB 95 were not regulated and gasoline were not exempted from paying the environmental duty for air pollution with carbon dioxide emissions and the contribution for increasing energy efficiency, according to our estimates, it would be necessary to deduct around 1.873 euros per liter for a liter of NMB 95.
A liter of diesel, with the excise tax set at 0.33000 euros per liter at gas stations off highways and expressways, will in the new period amount to 1.939 euros per liter (the price before the change was 1.811 euros per liter), which amounts to 96.95 euros for 50 liters. If diesel prices were not regulated and diesel was not exempted from paying the environmental levy for air pollution with carbon dioxide emissions and the contribution to increase energy efficiency, according to our estimates, it would be necessary to deduct around 2.154 euros per liter of diesel.
For a liter of heating oil, with the excise tax set at 0.07875 euros per liter, in the next period it will be necessary to pay 1.544 euros per liter (the price of heating oil before the change was 1.412 euros per liter). For an ordered quantity of 1,000 liters of heating oil, the consumer will thus pay 1,544 euros (without transport). If the prices of heating oil were not regulated and heating oil were not exempted from paying the environmental levy for air pollution with carbon dioxide emissions and the contribution for increasing energy efficiency, in our estimation, it would be necessary to deduct around 1.759 euros per liter. The consumer would pay 1,759 euros for the purchase of 1,000 liters, which means that the consumer saves 215 euros for a 1,000-liter tank.
The prices of the mentioned oil derivatives will continue to be calculated on the basis of a methodology based on the movement of the prices of oil derivatives on the world market (source: English PLATTS European Marketscan) and the movement of the US dollar - euro exchange rate. Model prices are calculated on the basis of 7-day averages of the prices of mineral oil derivatives. Petroleum derivatives are considered to be 95-octane unleaded motor gasoline, diesel fuel without additives and fuel oil.
