The total investment of the two projects is more than 2,000 billion VND. Khe Cham Coal Company - TKV Employee Dormitory Construction Investment Project is one of 237 works and projects selected by the Government to start construction to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party. Investment project to build dormitory houses for employees of Khe Cham Coal Company - TKV was implemented in Mong Duong ward, with a scale of 1 basement, 11 aboveground floors and 1 attic floor; Total floor area is about 20,580 m2, including 360 self-contained apartments. The project is invested in a synchronous technical infrastructure system including: internal traffic, water supply and drainage, lighting, fire protection, trees and landscaping, ensuring a safe and civilized living environment for workers. Total project investment is over 237 billion VND, implementation period is from 2025 to 2027. Once completed, the project will solve the need for stable accommodation for 360 single mine workers, contributing to improving living conditions, improving the material and spiritual life of workers, creating a foundation for Khe Cham Coal Company - TKV to stabilize the workforce and develop sustainably.
