The certification strengthens the digital transformation and guarantees the secure preservation of files, contributing to a more agile, reliable and accessible justice for citizens.The Superior Court of Justice of Puente Piedra-Ventanilla obtained the Certification of Conformity granted by SGS del Peru S.A.C., which certifies that its Agency for the Production and Storage of Microforms complies with the requirements established in the Peruvian Technical Standard NTP 392.030-2:2015 for the production and conservation of microforms with legal value. This important recognition supports the implementation of quality and security standards in the institutions document management and certifies the operations carried out in the Microform Production and Storage Center, located at the Mi Peru headquarters.
Thanks to this certification, judicial records can become digital microforms with the same legal validity as physical documents, guaranteeing their authenticity, integrity, conservation and long-term availability. Likewise, it strengthens the protection of judicial documentary heritage, optimizes the administration of archives and reduces the risks associated with the deterioration, loss or manipulation of physical documentation.
This advance represents an important step in the digital transformation process of this Superior Court of Justice and the Judiciary, and already generates direct benefits for citizens, by contributing to more efficient, secure and reliable document management. This will provide more timely attention, facilitate access to judicial information when appropriate, and strengthen the transparency and continuity of the justice administration service, for the benefit of all users of the judicial system.
