Thanh Hoa Provincial Peoples Committee has just issued a Decision approving the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) as the investor to implement the 220kV Thanh Hoa - Bim Son line project. Download Project Line Plan Perspective - Photo:EVNNPTThe project has the scale of constructing a double-circuit 220 kV line, the starting point at the Thanh Hoa 500 kV Transformer Station (TBA), the ending point at the 220 kV Bim Son substation, a total length of more than 34 km, with synchronous equipment at both ends of the station. In particular, a new 220 kV overhead line is built from location G8A to the substation. 220 kV Bim Son, about 21.82 km long. The line section from the 220 kV busbar of Thanh Hoa 500 kV substation to location G8A is invested in the 220 kV Thanh Hoa - Hau Loc line project. The line route passes through the communes and wards of Thieu Hoa, Thieu Quang, Dinh Hoa, Bien Thuong, Tong Son, Ha Long and Quang Trung, Thanh Hoa province. Once completed, the project will enhance the transmission capacity of the existing power grid, meeting the demand for load growth. serving regional socio-economic development; Strengthen connections between areas in the national power system, improve stability and safety in power system operation. The project also contributes to reducing power loss on the transmission grid, improving the efficiency of electricity production and business of Vietnam Electricity Group. According to the decision of Thanh Hoa Provincial Peoples Committee, EVNNPT is responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness of documents, information, data requested for investor approval and total preliminary investment; Implement the project in accordance with the approved content and relevant legal regulations. The decision to approve the investor is the basis for EVNNPT to carry out procedures on planning, land, forestry, construction, electricity, environment, fire prevention and fighting, labor, insurance, connection, electricity operation license and other legal procedures. This decision does not replace the above procedures and other procedures prescribed by law. EVNNPT also fully implements the regime of reporting on progress, monitoring and evaluating investment with the Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Finance and relevant agencies; Report difficulties and problems that arise to be considered and resolved according to authority.
