π Tender Overview
PRESS RELEASE
To respond to the high volume of requests received from citizens and partners in the e-Terra application, additional technical and human resources were provided in all the cadastre and real estate advertising offices (OCPI) in Romania.
On August 12, 2026, at the level of all OCPI, 69,788 requests were registered, compared to 42,057 requests registered on the same day in 2025.
A significant increase was registered in the case of land book extracts for authentication. Thus, on August 12, 2026, 25,152 such requests were registered, compared to 5,281 requests on the same day in 2025.
Regarding the land deed extracts for information, 17,876 applications were registered on August 12, 2026, 303 more than on the same day last year, when 17,573 applications were registered, of which 6,746 were online and 10,827 at the counters.
The high volume of hits and the large number of requests caused, on August 12 and 13, temporary shutdowns of the application and longer waiting times in certain intervals. ANCPI specialists intervened promptly to remedy the situations that arose and to ensure the continuity of the activity.
At the same time, the problem regarding the non-functionality of the export of geometries has been fixed.
Measures to support users
In order to support citizens and partners and to allow the management of the high volume of requests, ANCPI decided, for August 12 and 13, to extend the application submission schedule, both at the counters and through the e-Terra application, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
ANCPI also provides users with dedicated Call Center telephone lines, for information and guidance on accessing and using the e-Terra application, as well as for situations encountered in the process of resuming activity:
0749012525 0749016331 0735 950 582
ANCPI recommends that users call these numbers for information and support, avoiding, as much as possible, additional trips to OCPI headquarters when the situation can be clarified by phone.
The status of the other ANCPI IT systems
The resumption of operation measures only concern the e-Terra integrated system.
The other online platforms managed by ANCPI, namely the Register of Transcripts and Inscriptions (RTI), MyEterra, Register of Owners, Titles and Geoportal, are to be put back into operation in the next period. The resumption of their operation will be communicated in advance to the partners and the public.
Regarding the Register of Transcripts and Inscriptions (RTI), it is currently unavailable. Consequently, the necessary consultation for the issuance of load certificates related to code 2.7.4 of the Annex to Order no. 16/2019 regarding the approval of tariffs for the services provided by ANCPI and its subordinate institutions.
ANCPI prioritizes the steps necessary to restore access to RTI. Until the registry is restored, the service related to code 2.7.4 remains unavailable, and requests registered on code 2.1.1, for the resolution of which the RTI verification is required, will remain in the in progress state, to be resolved after restoring access to the registry.
We thank the citizens, notaries, authorized persons and all other partners for the understanding shown during this period and we make every effort to normalize the activity and resolve the requests in the shortest possible time.
