Very soon, judicial processes for omission of food will be faster and more efficient in the Chalaco judicial districtIn joint work to expedite judicial processes in the Legal Peace Courts - Family, the Superior Court of Justice of Callao and the presidency of the Board of Superior Prosecutors of the Public Ministry announced the upcoming launch of the digital tool Digital Complaints for Food, which proposes a flow of fast and efficient processes in this matter.
The president of the Superior Court of Justice of Callao, Miguel Ricardo Castaneda Moya, during the presentation of this project before the head of the Public Ministry, Roberto Lozada Ibanez, explained that the Legal Peace Courts will send certified copies of the digitally signed judicial notebooks through an institutional email, and the parties table of the Prosecutors Office will send it to a random fiscal office for quick processing.
In this way, these sensitive processes are expedited, which guarantees the right to survival and comprehensive development of minors or vulnerable family members, protects the family and ensures their food support, said Castaneda Moya.
Meanwhile, the president of the Board of Superior Prosecutors of Callao, Roberto Lozada Ibanez, together with his prosecutors team, supported this initiative of the Judiciary, which will help strengthen the justice service in cases of omission of food.
