#DRELP #EDUCATION #UGELThe regional director of Education, Rufina Cisneros, participated in a working group convened by the Ordinary Commission of Education, Culture and Sports of the Regional Council of Lima.
The meeting was chaired by regional councilor Merle Santos, representative of the province of Canta and president of said commission. During the day, the progress of the Regional Educational Project (PER) 2034 was discussed, an instrument that guides policies and actions to strengthen education in the Lima region.
The directors of the nine UGELs of the Lima region also participated in this important working group, who contributed with contributions and proposals to continue promoting articulated educational management for the benefit of students and the educational community.
During her intervention, the regional director Rufina Cisneros highlighted that permanent monitoring is being carried out on the pedagogical and management work carried out by teachers in the educational institutions of the nine UGELs in the region. Likewise, he pointed out that this support allows us to strengthen teaching performance, optimize educational management processes and ensure compliance with the objectives set in favor of quality education.
As part of the agenda, the directors of the nine UGEL presented the progress of the Local Educational Project (PEL) of their respective jurisdictions, presenting complementary actions and strategies aligned with the Regional Educational Project (PER) 2034. These initiatives seek to reduce the existing gaps in the education sector and strengthen articulated territorial management that responds to the needs of each province in the Lima region.
