At a plenary session, the State Duma adopted in the second and third, final readings a law that gives users the opportunity to label audio and video materials created using large fundamental models of artificial intelligence, and obliges owners of large Internet sites to provide the technical capability for such labeling.
The rule on content labeling is included in the basic law on supporting the development of artificial intelligence technologies in Russia.
