The Hroes del Chaco Bridge is 70 complete at the beginning of September and among the executed items the assembly of the structure of the advance cars that will be used for the construction of the physical union over the Paraguay River stands out.This project consists of a road that is more than 7 kilometers long including viaducts access roads and cable-stayed cables of more than 600 meters.The remaining works that is the remaining 30 focus mainly on the preparation and construction of the main structure that will link Asuncin with the Western Region for the first time.The work began in the first half of 2020 and according to the execution schedule it should be delivered in 36 months. The Union Consortium integrated by Paraguayan companies CDD Construcciones and Constructora Heisecke is responsible for making this venture a reality.In the construction of the walkway 650 tons of certified cable stays will be used which have already been imported and are stored in the construction area.The bridge will be the first with four lanes a pedestrian path and a bicycle path which will be more than 30 meters wide making it easier for the residents of the lower Chaco districts to reach the countrys capital in minutes.
