Recently, Mr. Khai checked the application and saw that his social insurance payment period displayed only 10 years and 7 months, his social insurance payment period from 2010 to before 2015 was not available. Mr. Khai requested the competent authority to consider and resolve his case. Regarding the issue To this, Vietnam Social Insurance responded as follows: Currently on the VssID application, there are still cases where employees lack the process of participating in social insurance contributions. When encountering this problem, employees should report it to the local social insurance agency or the employer (where they work) and coordinate with the social insurance agency to update complete information. Vietnam Social Insurance affirms that the entire process of participating in social insurance and health insurance of employees has been digitized, synchronized, saved in the Industry Database and guaranteed benefits when enjoying social insurance benefits. Vietnam Social Insurance is promoting solutions to fully update data on the time of participating in social insurance on the VssID application for employees as soon as possible. Vietnam Social Insurance has reviewed the code data.
