Functional and technical requirements for e-filing in the court's secure electronic mailbox using the e-judiciary clipboard are intended for the secure electronic filing of electronic applications in the court's secure electronic mailbox.
In accordance with the Rules on electronic transactions in civil court proceedings and criminal proceedings, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia, the Center for Informatics, prepared and published new Functional and technical requirements for e-filing in the court's secure electronic box, as well as amended Functional and technical requirements for secure electronic service in civil court proceedings and criminal proceedings.
The functional and technical requirements for secure electronic service are divided into two versions:
making your own secure electronic boxes
and for providers of a secure electronic service system that provide electronic service in accordance with the ZPP and ZKP.
Providers of secure electronic delivery services and managers of information systems or holders of addresses for delivery must adapt their systems to the changed requirements by October 1, 2024.
