Slovenia Mos Electronic Tender

The Celjski sejm dd MOS connects various economic sectors, companies and visitors from all over Slovenia and abroad, with an emphasis on innovation, business opportunities and technological progress. Once again this year, we are present at the fair in the exhibition area, where we offer various services and consultations aimed at companies through the SPOT portal.

The SPOT portal offers connectivity and easy access to various information and services for businesses. Visitors will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the various electronic services offered by the eGovernment portal, and will receive practical guidance and assistance in using these services.?

Thanks to the Administrative Unit of Šmarje pri Jelšah, we will make it possible to submit an application for an electronic identity card, which represents a modern identification document and, in addition to the classic function of personal identification, as an electronic identity card enables many advanced electronic services. With an electronic identity card, citizens can perform various administrative and business procedures remotely, without having to physically visit institutions.

Here are some of the key functionalities it enables:?

1. Digital identification and login to online services?
The electronic identity card enables secure electronic identification of citizens, which means that the user can log in to various online portals of the state administration and other public or private e-services (e.g. eAdministration, eDavki, zVem, online banks) in a secure way via the eOsebna mobile application.

2. Electronic signature?
The electronic identity card contains a qualified digital certificate that enables secure electronic signing of documents. An electronic signature has the same legal validity as a handwritten signature, which means that you can use it to sign documents, contracts or applications remotely.?

3. Use in public institutions and administrative procedures?
With the help of an electronic identity card, users can quickly and easily carry out various administrative procedures remotely, such as: submitting an application for the issuance of personal documents, registering a permanent or temporary residence, accessing various administrative data and cards (e.g. driver's license status, tax status, etc.), arranging health services (checking information on health insurance, writing prescriptions, viewing medical records).?

4. Use in the healthcare system?
Users of the electronic identity card have secure access to the zVem online portal, where they can check their health status, order prescriptions, edit medical referrals and apply for medical services.?

5. Document validity check?
Via the eUprava portal, users can check the validity of their electronic identity card, thus ensuring that their document is always active and ready for use.?

The electronic identity card thus brings many advantages that simplify administrative procedures, increase security when using online services and enable easier remote access to public services. We will also have trained Mobile Heroes advisers from both the People's University of Velenje and Symbiosis, who will help in a practical way with all, even the most complex, issues.

Our exhibition space is even richer this year for the DEZINFO campaign, which we run together with the Government Communications Office, and which is aimed at combating disinformation, and its aim is to raise public awareness of the dangers and consequences of spreading false information and improve critical thinking when checking the credibility of information.

Visitors will have the opportunity to see for themselves the ease and usefulness of e-services and receive all the necessary information and assistance in one place. MOS 2024 will thus once again be an opportunity to connect the business world with innovative digital solutions that facilitate everyday administrative procedures.?
