The Railway Company of Slovakia (ZSSK) informs passengers that during the night hours from Saturday, May 4 (from 22:30) to Sunday, May 5, 2024 (until 4:30), due to scheduled operational maintenance, ticket sales and reservations will be restricted. Thanks to the update of sales systems, ZSSK can offer even better services.
At the time of the update, it will not be possible to purchase travel documents through the ZSSK e-shop and the mobile application Let's go by train.
If passengers will travel during this time, ZSSK advises them to buy tickets online or at ZSSK ticket offices in advance. Without restrictions, during the night outage, they can buy a ticket only on the train from the train crew, without penalty, or via SMS ticketing on the telephone numbers 2255 and 2233.
