The Railway Company of Slovakia (ZSSK) informs passengers that during the night hours from Monday, May 20 to Tuesday, May 21, 2024 and from Tuesday, May 21 to Wednesday, May 22, always only during the hours from 22:30 to 3:00, due to scheduled operational maintenance, the sale of tickets and reservations will be restricted. Thanks to updates of sales systems, ZSSK can offer even better services.
At the time of updates, it will not be possible to purchase travel documents through the ZSSK e-shop and the mobile application Let's go by train.
If passengers will travel during this time, ZSSK advises them to buy tickets online or at ZSSK ticket offices in advance. Without restrictions, during the night outage, they can buy a ticket only on the train from the train crew, without penalty, or via SMS ticketing on the telephone numbers 2255 and 2233.
