Thus, to date, the Superior Court of La Libertad has processed 408 processes through this technological platform, followed by the Court of Huaura with 93 electronic files.

REPLICA OF KNOWLEDGE

To guarantee an orderly, safe and efficient implementation, the Judiciary designed a progressive deployment strategy in the aforementioned matters, which includes training, replication of knowledge and putting into production.

For this reason, the Information Technology Management, with the support of the Integrity Unit and the Training and Performance Deputy Management, carried out the Trainer of trainers for the implementation of the EJE course in which 130 employees from the Family modules participated.

The participants strengthened their knowledge in the management of work trays, entry of electronic files, qualification, processing and submission of documents in jurisdictional bodies that operate under traditional, corporate and higher court models.

As a result of this training process, the replication and technical support phase began in the different judicial headquarters, for which the superior courts were organized into implementation and training groups.

MORE THAN 2 MILLION

The EJE allows applications and documents to be presented virtually, online access to files at any time and from any place, reducing procedural times and guaranteeing more transparent and secure processes.

Currently, 45% of judicial processes in the implemented specialties are electronic, which is equivalent to 2 million 378 thousand files throughout the country.

In addition, 38% of the entries made through the Electronic Parties Desk are made outside office hours, that is, users can submit their documents at any time, day, night, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
