The Seimas Adopted Amendments To The Law On The Rudninkai Military Polygon Submitted By The Ministry Of National Defense. The Amendments Will Allow For More Favorable Conditions For Railway, Gas Supply, Development And Installation Of Electricity Networks. German Partners Have Expressed The Need To Ensure Proper Transport Infrastructure To The Rudninkai Landfill And Its Territory, So The Amendments To The Law Adopted By The Seimas Will Allow The Installation Of The Necessary Engineering And Transport Infrastructure Faster. Our Ambition Is To Have The Most Important Infrastructure At The End Of 2027, Says Amendments To The Law Simplify Spatial Planning, Land Collection And Construction Procedures Where The Engineering Infrastructure Objects Necessary For The Operation Of The Landfill Are Built Beyond. In Addition To Amendments To This Law, The Railway Branch Could Only Be Created In The 2030S. The Amendments To The Law Also Provide The Possibility To Lease State Land Plots To The Ministry Of National Defense For Developers In The Need For Government And Private Partnership () Projects Or Entities Responsible For The Installation Of The Engineering Infrastructure Required For Military Infrastructure.
