* Hearings of the case will take place on July 9 and 16 and the Plenary of the JNJ will make the final decision.The National Board of Justice (JNJ), chaired by Dr. Maria Teresa Cabrera Vega, scheduled for July 9 and 16, a total of ten oral reports of disciplinary procedures to judges and prosecutors for the alleged commission of misconduct in the exercise of their functions.
Along these lines, this Thursday, July 9, the defenses of prosecutors Liz Patricia Benavides Vargas, Azucena Ines Solari Escobedo, Sara Omaira Cuadros Sanchez, Aida Melina Abramonte Letona, Noe Pantigoso Medrano and senior judge Enma Rosaura Benavides Vargas will be received and analyzed.
Meanwhile, on Thursday, July 16, the Plenary Session of the autonomous body will hear the oral reports of judges Carlos Armando Huerta Ortega, Ana Maria Zapata Huertas and Bernuel Cesar Espiritu Portocarrero.
The hearings will take place from 9:00 a.m. virtually and will be transmitted through institutional social networks. Once they are completed, the Plenary Session of the National Board of Justice will carry out the respective vote and adopt the final decision regarding the aforementioned magistrates and with respect for due process.
