📋 Tender Overview
Sber and FishStat, a wholesaler of fish, seafood, and canned goods, signed a cooperation agreement on digital transformation and artificial intelligence at the 11th Eastern Economic Forum. For 185 years, Sber has supported businesses financially, analytically, and with expert advice. Under the new agreement, the bank will act as a technological visionary, giving partners access to its digital ecosystem and accumulated experience in business transformation. The plan is to provide high-tech services and in-depth analytical support, supporting digitalization projects at every stage. The parties are set to embed advanced AI solutions into FishStat processes. A key focus of this collaboration is the automation of the full procurement cycle. This involves creating an intelligent system that will handle the processing of technical specifications and the calculation of the initial maximum contract price. The agreement places a special emphasis on the development of generative artificial intelligence. The partners intend to integrate GenAI into business processes, which will significantly improve their efficiency and the speed of decision-making. Furthermore, the parties intend to actively utilize Sbers financial technology to streamline in-house operations. The agreement will cover the development of a B2B marketplace for the fishing industry with an ecosystem of digital services that will feature a full range of services, from purchasing and selling to logistics and storage of fish and seafood, including Sbers fintech solutions for payments on the platform. It is also planned to explore the launch of a full-cycle B2C service, from harvesting to delivery to the customer.
