📋 Tender Overview
Sber clients have reached a record 30 million automated payments in one month. Today, one out of every ten transactions made by the banks users is processed via Autopayment, a convenient service that spares you from having to keep track of recurring payment dates, ensuring that regular bills -- such as mobile, internet, utilities, insurance, and more -- are paid on time. Users simply set up the parameters once, and subsequent transactions are carried out automatically. The Autopayment service is used by clients across all generations, from teenagers as young as 14 to older adults. Sber offers several types of automated payments to suit various needs. A recurring payment follows a user-defined schedule for a fixed amount. A bill-based payment covers issued invoices, such as utility bills. A balance-based payment tops up an account whenever the balance falls below a certain threshold. Finally, a smart automated payment calculates the required amount and adds money to the balance just in time to cover service plans or operator charges. To ensure client security, flexible control settings are available. Users can set a limit on the transaction size: if a bill from a service provider exceeds this threshold, the bank will send a notification and will not process the payment without confirmation. You can cancel or postpone an upcoming payment with a single click, directly from the push notification. You can set up Autopayments on SberBank Online. Go to the Payments tab, navigate to the Autopayments section, click Enable, and select an option from the recommendations or the catalog. You can also activate the service when paying for mobile phone services, either on the payment status screen or via the payment entry in the Recent Payments section.
