The Civil Engineering and Development Department CEDD today July 3 gazetted a notice to invite tenders for the contract for San Tin Technopole Phase 1 Stage 1 West Contract 2 Fresh Water and Reclaimed Water Service Reservoirs and Associated Works Contract No ND202502 The closing time for the tender is noon on August 28
The works mainly include
site clearance and formation including land decontamination works
construction of fresh water and reclaimed water service reservoirs and associated electrical and mechanical works
construction of associated works including fresh water mains reclaimed water mains drainage works roadworks slope works retaining walls street furniture landscaping works and other ancillary works and
implementation of environmental mitigation measures including wildlife corridors and environmental monitoring works for the works mentioned above
The works are scheduled to commence in January 2027 and will take about 51 months to complete
