Activity articulated efforts between public institutions to guide businessmen and tourism entrepreneurs on procedures, benefits and services linked to business formalization.With the purpose of promoting formal and competitive tourism, the Regional Government of San Martin, through the Regional Directorate of Foreign Trade and Tourism (DIRCETUR), in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) and the Provincial Municipality of San Martin, has been developing the Day of Support and Advice for the Business Formalization of the Tourism Sector, scheduled for May 21 to 22 in the Plaza de Armas of Tarapoto.
The activity aims to strengthen business formalization in the regional tourism sector, bringing guidance, advice and support services to businessmen, entrepreneurs and providers of formal and informal tourism services.
During the day, 15 public institutions and entities linked to the strengthening and formalization of the tourism sector provide attention to the public through information stands, answering queries related to sectoral registration, operating licenses, company constitution, job guidance, tax benefits, consumer protection and business support programs.
Among the participating entities, MINCETUR, Turismo Emprende, PROMPERU, SUNARP, SUNAT, Migrations, SUNAFIL, INDECOPI, the Tourism Police (POLTUR), the Ministry of Production, the Regional Directorate of Labor and Employment Promotion, as well as the Provincial Municipality of San Martin, among other institutions articulated to strengthen formal tourism development in the region, stand out.
Likewise, thematic talks are held aimed at reinforcing knowledge about business formalization, addressing topics such as How to formalize your business in 5 steps, How to register your tourism business, Tax benefits for the tourism sector and Protection of children and adolescents and tourism.
With these actions, the Regional Government of San Martin, through DIRCETUR, reaffirms its commitment to promoting formal, responsible and competitive tourism, promoting the economic and sustainable development of the region.
