New residents of the first six buildings of the Severny Park residential complex in Khabarovsk began using the Rostelecom Key ecosystem. It is planned to launch intelligent digital services for the comfort and safety of residents in all 28 houses of the complex.
The Severny Park residential complex on Voronezhskaya Street is a modern residential area with closed courtyards-parks, childrens and sports grounds, and recreation areas. The PIK company chose the Rostelecom Key system to increase the level of security and convenience for residents.

Key is a platform with a set of smart solutions for apartment buildings. It conveniently combines intercom, video surveillance and access control in one application. Rostelecom installed communication lines during the construction phase and installed equipment before the houses were delivered. Thus, we, as a developer, receive a ready-made security solution, and residents receive useful digital services.
All houses in the residential area will have modern intercom panels installed, video surveillance inside and around the perimeter of the buildings, and an access control system to the local area. To manage smart services, owners get access to a personal account in the Rostelecom Key mobile application. An account is created by apartment number and is available to all family members.

The app works well. The intercom has a camera - you can immediately see who has arrived. Its convenient that you can open the door to the entrance from your phone, even if youre outside the house.

In the Khabarovsk Territory, our smart services operate in 60 apartment buildings. The Rostelecom Key mobile application is used by more than ten thousand residents. Comprehensive video surveillance, video intercoms, smart meters, barriers and an access control system can be installed both in new buildings and in secondary housing stock. We not only launch services, but also provide 24/7 technical support to users.
The platform also has a Free Parking service, which operates on the basis of video cameras and helps you quickly find a place for a car near your home on an online map in a mobile application.
