Rospatent certificate of state registration No. 2021622484 of the database was obtained copyright holder is Transneft Transneft RD and Transneft East.The developed database makes it possible to systematize a considerable amount of information in various formats on the pipeline transportation facility for its lifecycle entire period reducing the labor costs for processing and storing the information during its operation.A 3D digital model of the ESPO-1 PS-15 was created based on the laser scanning results in the course of introduction and replication of GIS Monitoring at Transneft subsidiaries locatedin difiicult natural climatic conditions. GIS Monitoring ESPO-1 PS-15 is a subsystem of Transnefts corporate geographic information system developed as part of the digital transformation of Transneft and FES.The geographic information system allows storing and displaying information on buildings and structures equipment and technological pipelines on a digital 3D model displaying geotechnical monitoring data deformation marks height determination devices temperature wells ground temperature stabilizers manifestations of exogenous geological processes results of engineering surveys ground and airborne laser scanning results.The purpose of GIS Monitoring is to improve the observability and controllability of pipeline transportation facilities and systems to ensure transport efficiency reliability and operational safety. GIS Monitoring allows for prompt management and technical decision-making aimed at ensuring accident-free operation of trunk pipelines.Preliminary tests have now been completed and the GIS Monitoring has been commissioned for pilot operation. There are plans to continue replicating this geographic information system at other Transneft subsidiaries located in difficult natural climatic and geological conditions OTP ESPO-1 Zapolyarye Pur-Pe PS Kuyumba Tayshet.
