Russian Federation Transfer Tender

The draft decree of the President of the Russian Federation on the transfer of assets of Rosinfokominvest JSC is currently under interdepartmental approval. For more efficient spending of federal budget funds the Ministry of Finance of Russia requested additional justification and calculations on the activities of RFRIT in order to decide on the appropriateness of allocating funds for additional maintenance of RFRIT. To date these materials have not been submitted to the Russian Ministry of Finance. With this in mind the Russian Ministry of Finance proposes to use all the funds of Rosinfokominvest JSC to support projects in the field of ICT.
