Rostelecom acted as a partner of the Forte Fest quality of life festival, which took place on May 19 in Engels, Saratov region. The company introduced cloud-based video surveillance to pet owners, allowing them to monitor their pets remotely.
The camera from Rostelecom is easy to install in an apartment, country house or garden plot. The online broadcast can be watched on a smartphone, tablet, laptop and computer. Video surveillance devices are equipped with motion sensors with the ability to set a control zone. The gadget will notify the owner if the pet is in a forbidden area.
Yulia Yashkina, director for work with the mass segment of the Saratov branch of PJSC Rostelecom:
“Video surveillance comes to the rescue in situations where a restless pet is left alone. The owner can see and hear everything that is happening in the apartment at any time and check what the pet is doing. If a dog or cat does something they shouldn’t, you can discipline them for being naughty through the speaker in the cell.”
Pet owners who won the costume show at Fort Fest will be able to use video surveillance. The authors of the most creative outfits for pets received home cameras as a gift from Rostelecom.
