Rostelecom signed a cooperation agreement with the Chinese international investment corporation Huaming. The document was signed by the President of Rostelecom, Mikhail Oseevsky, and the head of the representative office of the Chinese International Investment Corporation Huaming in Moscow, Zhao Qinghua, at the Digital Industry of Industrial Russia conference (CIPR-2024) in Nizhny Novgorod. The agreement involves multidisciplinary cooperation, in particular in the field of ICT.
President of Rostelecom Mikhail Oseevsky:
“Partnership with Huaming Corporation opens up new opportunities for our company within the framework of the development of bilateral relations between Russia and China. In particular, this concerns interaction in the field of information and communication technologies. The joint work of Rostelecom and Huamin will become the basis for the creation of new Russian-Chinese technological products.”
Huaming's shareholders are the four largest companies in China: China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), China National Cereals, Oils and Food Corporation (COFO), China Great Wall Industrial Corporation and China Precision Equipment Import-Export Corporation.
In addition to investments, Huaming is engaged in construction and real estate management, in particular, it manages the Chinese business center Huaming Park and Soluxe Hotel Moscow.
