According to the President an important aspect is the actualization of the standards and technical requirements relating to the construction and formation of the urban environment taking into account the climatic features of Russia. This is necessary to avoid the reproduction of housing that does not meet modern requirements. Representatives of the architectural community were promised to discuss with the Ministry of Construction the possibility of securing the high architectural quality of residential neighborhood projects as a prerequisite for their implementation. It is planned to render assistance to architects and designers including young ones.
