Senators approved amendments to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation concerning the improvement of labor rights and guarantees for persons serving in the military during a special military operation and their family members. See also December 20, 2024. At a meeting of the Federation Council, a member of the Federation Council Committee on Social Policy spoke on this issue. The federal law establishes labor guarantees for employees serving in the mobilization troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, as well as for members of their families, similar to the guarantees established for employees serving in the mobilization military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
It also specifies the specifics of the work of employees sent by the employer to other legal entities and individuals under an agreement on the provision of labor of employees (personnel). A list of organizations entitled to carry out such activities is established. These include, among other things, private employment agencies for which this activity is the main one, and other legal entities that temporarily send their employees, with their consent, to another legal entity.
