A new LCMS-8050 triple quadrupole chromatography-mass spectrometer HPLC-MSMS and a set of additional equipment for sample preparation were commissioned at the Test Center of the Federal State Budget Institution Bashkir Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor.The newest LCMS-8050 liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometer manufactured by the Japanese company Shimadzu will allow specialists of the chemical-toxicology laboratory to efficiently and quickly identify substances prohibited or restricted to use in products and raw materials including the introduction of methods for detecting 142 names of antibiotics. In parallel with the installation and installation of modern equipment laboratory personnel were trained to work on HPLC-MSMS on methods for determining the antibiotics of the tetracycline penicillin groups amphenicols sulfonamides and began to put the Test Center into practice.By the end of this year the Bashkir Reference Center plans to master methods for detecting 33 antibiotics.
