Russian Federation Evaluation Tender

From August 1 to December 14 2018 the Bank of Russia under the current legislation of the Russian Federation conducted a regular assessment of the socially significant Mastercard payment system for compliance with the international standard Principles for Financial Market Infrastructures Principles for an FMI. This standard was developed by the Committee on Payments and Market Infrastructures of the Bank for International Settlements in conjunction with the International Organization of Securities Commissions and recommended by the Bank of Russia for Russian operators to comply with significant payment systems.The assessment confirmed the results of the previous assessment of the Mastercard payment system on the high level of compliance with the Principles for the FMI. The ratings for the seven principles have risen to the highest possible level.
