Rostelecom summed up the results of the regional stage of the XIII competition “Together into the Digital Future” in the Volga region. Journalists and bloggers from the regions of the Volga Federal District presented 331 works. Key topics are artificial intelligence, neural networks and augmented reality.
Evgeny Petrov, vice president, director of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of PJSC Rostelecom:
“In all categories, works devoted to artificial intelligence and neural networks received the highest marks. This year we are seeing breakthrough interest in these topics. On the one hand, such materials represent scientific and technological progress, on the other hand, they raise ethical issues that cannot be resolved without attracting a huge number of readers and viewers. Journalists and bloggers play a huge role in this, including participants in the “Together into a Digital Future” competition.”
