The Ministry of Digital Industry of Russia has completed the processing of applications for inclusion in the list of software which is planned to be pre-installed on electronic devices.According to the mechanism approved by the Government Decree of November 18 2020 No. 1867 the ministry has formed a rating of the popularity of programs based on data provided by companies and confirmed by independent audit reports.
