Since the beginning of the year, almost a thousand residents of the Tula region have used the Moving service from Rostelecom. More often than others, it was chosen by subscribers of the regional capital, Novomoskovsk and Shchekin.
The service allows you to transfer your home Internet, television, telephony and other provider services to a new address when changing your place of residence. At the same time, users do not need to create an additional personal account or re-subscribe to content.

Moving is always an exciting stage in life. Our service helps new residents maintain their familiar digital comfort. Last year alone, more than two thousand Tula residents transported communication services to a new address without renewing the contract.

I have been using Rostelecoms Internet and television for five years now and am completely satisfied with their quality and cost. After moving, I contacted the provider to find out about the possibility of connecting these services to the new address. It turned out that I just needed to submit an application through Personal Account. Literally the next day, the usual services were with me again. Moreover, the company, as a bonus for loyalty, provided me with a 50% discount for two months.
Moving is a free service available within one region. After filling out an application in your personal account, Rostelecom specialists check the technical feasibility of connecting services at the clients new address. Subscribers can take previously purchased equipment with them. If difficulties arise with dismantling the devices yourself, the procedure can be carried out by company representatives.
