Rostelecom installed an internal and external video surveillance system in a new modern apartment building on Angarsky Boulevard in Kyzyl. Five digital cameras integrated with the Rostelecom Key platform will monitor order around the clock and ensure the safety of residents.
The service makes it possible to monitor the situation in real time and use recorded videos to resolve various issues. The archives are stored in Rostelecoms secure cloud database.
The management company gets access to expanded functionality of video materials: it can select the desired time period, rewind the recording, create screenshots and export video fragments.

This is a single-entrance high-rise building with online monitoring of the elevator, common hall and courtyard area. The system not only helps document incidents, but also serves as a deterrent: the very presence of video cameras reduces the number of incidents, since violators avoid places where they can be recorded.
