The Standing Committee of the National Assembly issued Resolution No. 78/2025/UBTVQH15 on recording the time of compulsory social insurance premium of the business owner who participated before the effective date of the Law on Social Insurance. Recognizing the time the business household owner paid compulsory social insurance before July 1, 2025, the National Assembly Standing Committee recorded the time for the business owner who paid compulsory social insurance before July 1, 2025 as a basis for settlement of social insurance regime in accordance with the law on social insurance. From the date of eligibility for social insurance regime as prescribed. The Standing Committee of the National Assembly assigns the Government to direct and guide the implementation of this Resolution; proactively solve the problems arising in implementation; ensure the rights of business household owners in settling social insurance regime; Report on the results of the implementation of this Resolution in the report on the implementation of policies, social insurance regimes and the situation of management and use of social insurance funds in accordance with the Law on Social Insurance. Ethnic Minority Councils, Committees of the National Assembly, National Assembly delegation, National Assembly deputies and Central Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front, within the scope of their duties and supervision of this resolution, are effective on this resolution. July 1, 2025.
