Submit reportThe Sullana Local Educational Management Unit, informs the directors of the educational institutions that are affected by heavy rains, the increase in the flow of rivers and streams, and that, due to these conditions, they are unable to access their school premises, which must inform this situation in a detailed report.
This report must include:
Detailed description of affectation in accesses to the educational institution.
Photographic or audiovisual evidence of the roads or routes used by students and teachers.
Impact on the continuity of the educational service and associated risks.
It must be signed by the Director, Lieutenant Governor of the Zone and the representative of the Association of Parents (APAFA).
Shipping procedure:
The report must be sent to the Virtual Parts table of Ugel Sullana for evaluation.
Once the information is analyzed, UGEL Sullana will determine whether the authorization to suspend work or other actions that guarantee the continuity of the educational service.
Important:
No director or teacher can suspend classes without the official authorization of UGEL Sullana. Those who fail to comply with this provision would be incurring unjustified offenses and absences, with the corresponding administrative consequences.
Likewise, the directors are reminded that it is their responsibility to inform in a timely manner about the situation of their educational institution, under functional responsibility.
