Mr. Tran Van Thanh (An Giang) has a masters degree, a pedagogical certificate, and a certificate of completion of a training course for lecturers and teachers of national defense and security education subjects at universities, colleges, and professional schools in 2012. Because the information provided by Mr. Thanh is not enough to compare with the conditions and standards mentioned above, there is no basis to determine whether he is qualified to teach the subject National Defense and Security Education according to current regulations.
