Qatar Mme Issues Tender

The Ministry of Municipality and Environment MME represented by Engineers and Engineering Offices Accrediting and Classifying Committee has set up three model contract forms in Arabic to regulate the relation between citizen engineering designs and the supervision of the execution of works as well as the relation between citizens and contractors indicating the minimum number of clauses to be included. The forms are to be considered as guidelines when signing the contracts to design supervise and construct villas making the process simple while maintaining the lowest possible cost.These guiding model contracts were prepared by the MME based on the relevant recommendations of the Central Municipal Council. Applicants can download a copy of the contract forms from the MME website.The Engineers and Engineering Offices Accrediting and Classifying Committee has stressed that these model contract forms aim to safeguard and define the rights and duties of each party to the contract.
