Qatar Launching Urban Tender

HE Eng. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Subaie Minister of Municipality and Environment said that the Ministry seeks to provide excellent and quick services through the various municipalities. He pointed out that as the new organizational structure of the Ministry a new customer service department and call center were included for direct and immediate handling with comments received from the public.In an interview with Qatar TV the Minister said that the Ministry is working on completing 300 electronic services pointing out the completion of up to 120 services and the provision of 228 electronic services on the Ministrys website.Al Subaie has also announced the launch of new urban planning services next month in addition to the third phase of the e-project for building licenses. This all comes as a continuation of the previous stages to provide transactions follow-up feature for owners and consultants to regularly and accurately track their transactions.
