This measure will allow the review, update and promotion of 3,987 files in the execution stage of the Legal Peace Court of Pachacutec, strengthening the speed and efficiency of the justice service.The Superior Court of Justice of Puente Piedra - Ventanilla approved, through Administrative Resolution No. 000548-2026-P-CSJPPV-PJ, the Work Plan for the Optimization of Files in the Execution Stage of the Legal Peace Court of Pachacutec, with the objective of strengthening judicial management by reviewing, updating and promoting 3,987 files in said procedural stage.
The plan contemplates the development of articulated actions between jurisdictional and administrative personnel and accounting experts, aimed at document organization, updating the Integrated Judicial System and promoting files that require priority attention. Likewise, extraordinary work days will be carried out that will allow the procedural load to be optimized without affecting the continuity of ordinary dispatch or customer service.
With this measure, the Court reaffirms its institutional commitment to improving the quality of the justice service, strengthening procedural speed and promoting more efficient, orderly and citizen-oriented management in the Legal Peace Court of Pachacutec.
