📋 Tender Overview
The Ministry of Transportation and Communications, through Provias Nacional, continues with the installation process of the Llahuish modular bridge, located at km 986+200 of the Mollepata - Santiago de Chuco - Shorey highway, key infrastructure to restore road connectivity and guarantee safe transit in the province of Santiago de Chuco, department of La Libertad.
As part of the scheduled interventions, the provision of access, the conditioning of abutments, the transfer and assembly of the modular components, as well as the preparation of the platform for the subsequent launch of the structure are included.
The Llahuish modular bridge will be 24.38 meters long and will allow traffic to be recovered at a critical point of the National Road Network, affected by climatic events and the deterioration of the existing infrastructure, ensuring the safe passage of vehicles, pedestrians and the transfer of local products.
These works are carried out under the technical supervision of Provias Nacional, prioritizing the safety of the personnel on site and road users. To date, the progress of the work has reached 85% and its completion is estimated during the month of March.
With this intervention, the sector reaffirms its commitment to addressing road emergencies, reducing infrastructure gaps and improving the quality of life of the benefited populations, through quick and efficient solutions such as modular bridges.
