In merit to the prospective study to identify competitive factors in the Lambayeque port terminal, the consulting team recognized the land destined for the construction of the terminal, in order to verify the current state of the accesses that will connect to this future strategic infrastructure.
During the technical visit the road conditions were evaluated, the connectivity that would be with the main transport routes and the need for future improvements that guarantee an efficient logistics flow. This preliminary diagnosis is key to guide the following phases of the study and define priority investments that will allow the viability of the project.
The recognition constitutes a fundamental step within the formulation process, since it not only provides updated field information, but also feels the basis for the design of a modern, competitive terminal and according to the needs of the macro northern region of the country.
