For a long time, Hien has used and posted many musical works of artists. The author (many of whom have videos with millions of views) posted on his YouTube channel without asking for permission or paying royalties according to regulations. This serious act of copyright infringement has caused hundreds of millions of dong in damages to the authors, and at the same time helped the subjects illegally profit hundreds of millions of dong from the social networking platform. This YouTube channel is large-scale, posting nearly 1,000 videos and attracting hundreds of millions of views. From 2021 to 2026, Hiep illegally used and uploaded hundreds of musical works by many authors who are members of the Vietnam Center for Music Copyright Protection on his YouTube channel without asking for permission or paying royalties according to regulations (including more than 200 infringing videos). This serious act of copyright infringement has caused more than 100 million VND in copyright losses to the authors, while also helping the subject gain hundreds of millions of VND in illegal profits from the social network platform.
