At this Session, the Government also submitted to the National Assembly a number of resolutions on specific policies, establishing the cities of Quang Ninh and Bac Ninh... At the 2nd Session, the 16th National Assembly scheduled for October 2026, the Government plans to submit to the National Assembly a very large amount of legislative work (about 40 bills and resolutions and may continue to be adjusted and supplemented), many of which are very complex. Therefore, the responsibility placed on the Government, each minister and industry leader is very heavy, they must carefully prepare law projects to meet schedule and ensure quality.
