This decision results from the lack of a satisfactory response from the District Prosecutor in Warsaw as to the reasons for the change in the security system, and above all the nature and security system of buildings, the validation of its functioning, as well as the method of introducing the changes without consultations and defining the legal framework for the security organization.
At present, the Public Prosecutor General does not see any justification for changing the system of protection based on the premises presented in the correspondence. However, it is planning conceptual and normative work aimed at creating an effective and acceptable system for the protection of prosecutor's office buildings, taking into account cost optimisation and real protection of employees without interfering with their status and nature of work.
