Governor Esteban Evan Contreras of the Capiz province is grateful to Department of Labor and Employment DOLE Secretary Silvestre Bello III for assuring the livelihood of all Overseas Filipino Workers OFWs returning to the province.Contreras also thanked the Secretary for COVID-19 agency programs such as the FUN BKBK and CAMP or the COVID-19 Adjustment Measures Program that benefited thousands of Capiznon.The governor added that he hopes not to return to the functioning cities because of livelihood assistance beginning with their daily income.It is known that more than 88346 stranded OFWs in different countries of the world and 19591 of the said numbers are ready for repatriation or relocation to their source areas.Meanwhile Capiznon OFW returned to the province based on the June 16 PDRRMO record in Capiz.
