The Local Educational Management Unit 05, through its officials presented the Annual Management Report 2024, on Monday, March 24, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Through its Facebook Live platform.
The words of welcome were in charge of the director of UGEL 05, Jenny Keith Lara Quispe, who presented the organization chart of the officials responsible for the areas, as well as the organic structure of the institution and work teams. He gave important figures about the formation of UGEL 05, which is made up of 15,488 teachers, 301,273 students and 903 educational premises, both public management and private in all three cases.
The strategic objectives that conduct the entitys work are five, the first and most important is: strengthen the development of quality learning, according to the national curriculum for basic education students.
Then, the heads of the planning and budget areas, human resources, administration, legal advice, regular and special basic education management, management of alternative basic education and productive technical, as well as supervision and management of the educational service presented the work done in 2024, emphasizing the objectives achieved, difficulties and actions carried out to overcome them.
Among all the issues, the evolution of the budget and execution in recent years (2020-2024) can be mentioned, occupying the first places in the ranking; Attention of the ranking reports, issuance of files in the Ayni system; 99.97% timely payment was achieved, equivalent to a monthly average of 10,475 places.
95% of files entered digitally were achieved; 97% of notifications received, processing of SIGEX and E-SINAD files at 100% and 96% were achieved. 100% distribution of educational materials of the 2024 endowment. 100% of documents notified, as well as the timely attention of judicial files entered.
Monitoring were also carried out at II.EE. Focalized, regarding management, curricular planning, teaching performance, execution of training workshops to teachers and managers. Participation with UGEL level projects in Eureka competitions, Peru Lee, OneM, Create and Emprende, National School Floral Games. And the presentation of good practices, among others.
The UGEL 05, in addition, has 17 educational services in the Basic Alternative Educational Center (CEBA) and Center for Productive Technical Education (CETPRO), with a student population of 5120 CEBA students and 14 020 in CETPRO.
Likewise, all the APAFA and BAPES files entered to the UGEL 05 were attended, the attention of 542 cases reported on the Siseve platform was carried out. All this, are some of the actions executed by the different areas of UGEL 05, released in order to give transparency to the management and the way in which work has been working.
