Thats all we know.With the objective of strengthening the pedagogical competences of teachers, the Local Educational Management Unit (UGEL) Melgar has been carrying out a technical assistance aimed at educational institutions of the initial, primary, secondary levels of regular basic education and special basic education. This training takes place from March 20 to 27, according to the districts and scheduled dates.
Technical assistance seeks to enhance teachers performance in various key areas. At the initial and secondary level, issues such as curricular planning, training evaluation and design instruments design are addressed. At the primary level, the topics include didactic strategies for communication and mathematics, curricular planning with artificial intelligence (AI) and 2025 school reinforcement strategies.
Through this initiative, the UGEL Melgar reaffirms its commitment to the continuous improvement of education in the province. This training is expected to provide teachers with the knowledge and tools necessary to face educational challenges effectively, thus contributing to the development of a successful and quality 2025 school year.
