Forty -four teachers appointed in Mariscal Caceres, managed to access higher scale in the magisterial public career. In a public act, developed in the auditorium of the UGEL Mariscal Caceres, today the resolutions of scale promotions in the magisterial public career were delivered, said act was attended by the director of the institution, mg. Victor Vela Ramirez, and the head of the Pedagogical Management Area of the UGEL, MG. Fernando Cappillo Ruiz.
The director of the UGEL, congratulated the work and effort of each of the ascended teachers, who said, despite the obstacles and difficulties that the teacher faces, they are trained, obtain masters and other academic degrees within their professional career, which allows them to achieve these promotions, thus improving their professional level as their economic compensation.
In turn, the chief of the AGP Mg. Fernando Cappillo Ruiz, explained the entire process that this work entails in order to be able to carry out an adequate process, where pedagogical knowledge is evaluated and all the professional career of the teachers participating in the contest is recognized, especially for those who are in the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth or seventh scale of the magisterial public career
The UGEL Mariscal Caceres, is committed to the professional development of all teachers of our jurisdiction, therefore, all teachers who are holders in the basic education places are invited and are from the first scale of the magisterial public career to participate and obtain their promotion to the immediate superior magisterial scale.
